CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your booking.

To protect our small business no cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable should you need to cancel or change your mind we will hold this deposit as a credit on your account should 48 hours notice be given.

Cancelling 24hrs before your appointment will result in you loosing your deposit if it was paid or being charged 50% of your treatment.

Cancelling on the same day or simply not turning up to your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the appointment booked.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

When you make an appointment with The Beauty Lounge, we guarantee you this time to take care of you and complete your requested service(s). If for any reason you become unavailable, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice in order to change or reschedule your booking. To make a cancellation, you must phone the salon at 04 528 7710 or message us via The Beauty Lounge Facebook Page.

If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, or simply don’t show up, you will be responsible for the full cost of your session. We only waive this for emergencies. This is with respect for both us and other clients who may have wanted your allotted time. You may send someone else in your place, please just let us know.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money therefore we need to enforce our Cancellation Policy and trust you will understand our need to do so.
